 WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?

We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us when you use the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, or participate in activities related to the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

- Content Rating, search history and feedback. We will collect your content ratings, browsing and search history, and details of any feedback you provide on content on the Website.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal data we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

Access – In all circumstances you have the right to access your personal data and certain information about how and why we are processing it, including, in most cases copies of personal data that we process

Rectification – In all circumstances you have the right to have any inaccurate or incomplete personal data rectified without undue delay

The following rights do not apply in all circumstances.  However, you are always welcome to contact us with any request relating to processing of your personal data and, even if we are not obliged by law to comply with your request, we will try to accommodate your wishes.
