If you are not completely satisfied with our product that you have purchased (“Product(s)”), please feel free to return your Product to us. Please see below our retain policy (“Return Policy”) for more details on the return process.
Return Process
To return a Product, please follow these steps:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to twenty-one (21) working days to your debit or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you’ve been waiting longer than twenty-one (21) working days, then please contact our customer services team at page. Please be aware that postage fees are non-refundable.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the Product you have, and once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new one.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective Product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please note that all Products regardless of the brand must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase, due to the nature of the Products.
Please note that if no obvious fault can be found with the Product, it may need to be returned to the manufacturer for testing before we can replace or credit the order.
For all returns, we strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the post office until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned Products.
Damaged Products
All Products regardless of the brand must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. If a Product arrives damaged, please do not dispose of the damaged Products, as we will require evidence of the damaged Product. This may be in photographic form or we may require the return of the damaged Product. As soon as the damage is noticed, please contact us as soon as possible after your Product arrives.
Our customer advisers will let you know the returns process and provide you with a free post address to return the items to (UK orders only). For international orders, we unfortunately cannot offer a free returns service however if you can provide us with a receipt for the return postage on a standard service, we can reimburse this up to the delivery postage paid on the order, if it is higher than that please contact our customer advisers and we can discuss the process with you.
Please note: If any items within a giftset, box set or multi-pack are damaged - please return the whole box-set, and we will be happy to replace it. We cannot provide replacements for individual elements of a gift set, boxset or multipack.

Unwanted Products
To enable us to refund your purchase, Products must be in the exact condition you received them in. Due to the personal nature of the Products that we sell, we cannot refund unwanted Products if they have been opened or any seals been broken.
The refund will not include the cost of delivery or return postage.

International Returns
For international returns, please contact our customer service team for specific instructions. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation
Before Order Processed
You have a limited window to cancel your order. You have twenty (20) minutes after completing your order to cancel it. To cancel, please send an email with the subject line "Cancel Order - [Order Number]" to our contact us page and provide the reason for cancellation. Please use the suggested subject line to help us attempt to cancel the order before it is processed. However, we cannot guarantee that the order will be cancelled in time.
After Order Processed
If your order has already been processed, we cannot cancel it. However, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the Products. To do so, please send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the Products to us in their original, unopened, and unused condition. If the Products have been delivered to a third party, you may also exercise this right provided that you can return the Products to us in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Your statutory rights are not affected. Once your refund has been processed, it may take twenty-one (21) working days for your card provider to credit your account.
