LG H&H SHINE LOYALTY SCHEME

You earn 1 reward point (“SHINE point”) every pound that you spend with us on a product by product basis. If you’d like to spend those rewards, each one is the equivalent of 5p.

So if you spend £50 you would earn 50 SHINE points!

How does it work?

Every time you buy a product you earn SHINE points.
You will earn 1 SHINE point for every £1 you spend.
Each SHINE point is the equivalent of 5p (£0.05)
Once confirmed you can use your SHINE points on any future orders.
There’s no limitation on how few or how many you can use!

SHINE points will accumulate as you add more items to your basket, simply checkout as normal to earn your SHINE points!

When can I start saving?

There is no need to do anything extra. All existing loyalty customers will receive SHINE points on their new orders, and new customers will start collecting them as soon as they subscribe us.

Invite a Friend

You can earn a bonus 100 SHINE points for each new friend you recommend who then goes on to subscribe and place an order with us!

Multi Currency

If you choose to purchase in a currency other than GBP, SHINE points will be earned and redeemed at the GBP equivalent price (this is not affected by the daily exchange rate).

General LG H&H SHINE Loyalty Scheme Conditions

By redeeming any SHINE points on purchases you agree to and are bound by these terms and conditions.
The LG H&H SHINE Loyalty Scheme (the “scheme”) and associated benefits are operated by LG H&H UK Ltd. (“LG H&H”), located at 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK9 1FH
LG H&H can withdraw, cancel, or amend the scheme including the Terms and Conditions, or any Customer account, at any time.
The LG H&H SHINE Loyalty Scheme is only valid on LGH&H – LGH&H (lghnh.co.uk)
The LG H&H SHINE Loyalty Scheme launched on 1st September 2024 and is only valid on orders placed after this date using a member account.
If we identify that you have more than one account with LG H&H, we may merge them in to one account or cancel all accounts and SHINE points at our discretion.
The LG H&H SHINE Loyalty Scheme is for personal use only, and business use of the scheme is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any points or accounts considered to be for business use at our discretion.
LG H&H can take any action it considers to be appropriate if we reasonably have reason to believe that the scheme is being abused in any form or fashion.
SHINE points do not have an actual cash value and will never be exchanged for cash.
SHINE points are non-transferable, and as such, they cannot be transferred to any other account.

Collecting LG H&H SHINE points

The standard number of SHINE points that you will collect is 1 SHINE point on every £1 you spend on qualifying products.
You will only earn SHINE points on every full pound that is spent, that is for a £3.99 product you will only earn 3 SHINE points.
SHINE points are earned on a product-by-product basis. For example, if you buy 3 products at £9.99 each, you will earn a total of 27 SHINE points, not on the basket total of £29.97, which would total 29 SHINE points.
The number of SHINE points earned will be stated on the basket page.
If you choose to purchase in a currency other than GBP, SHINE points will be earned and redeemed at the GBP equivalent price*: that is they are still earned at the rate of 1 SHINE point per £1 spend and equivalent to 0.05*this is not affected by the daily exchange rate. The settlement will be automatically done in GBP based on the exchange rate of the day.
SHINE points cannot be earned on delivery charges.
SHINE points are only issued on new sales and will not be applied to past purchases.
SHINE points will show as pending when your order is confirmed. Once the corresponding order has been delivered, they will be confirmed and available to use (they cannot be used until the corresponding order has been delivered).
During online reward points promotions, existing SHINE points promotions will not be multiplied.
LG H&H reserves the right to withdraw any SHINE points promotions and/or offers at anytime without notice.
If you refer a friend using our “Invite a Friend” scheme you will earn an additional 100 SHINE points, provided that the correct link is used and that friend is a new loyalty customer and goes on to purchase with LG H&H using the link given. Please note that SHINE points earned from the “Invited a Friend” scheme may take up to thirty (30) days to be approved.
We also offer SHINE points in return for product reviews. One review will earn upto10 SHINE point.

Spending LG H&H SHINE points

1 SHINE point is worth 5 Penny to spend on products. SHINE points have no actual cash value, and we will not exchange SHINE points for cash. The scheme is non-transferable.
SHINE points cannot be used against gift vouchers or delivery charges.
SHINE points cannot be spent until they are confirmed, that is once the corresponding order has been delivered.
SHINE points are not automatically discounted from the basket. The customer can choose how many SHINE points you wish to redeem against the value of an order, once the order has been placed this cannot be amended.
You do not have to have enough SHINE points to cover the cost of an item; that is you can make a partial payment with SHINE points towards a product; the remaining cost of an item will have to be paid before the check out.
SHINE points are valid for one (1) year from the last time that any points were earned or spent on the corresponding account.
LG H&H reserve the right to substitute or remove products that are available for SHINE points collection and redemption without notice.
Spending SHINE points may be subject to network availability.
SHINE points are only available to spend on LG H&H.co.uk
SHINE points redeemed do not count towards free delivery, this only applies to cash purchases.

Returning/ Refunding of Goods

If you return a product for a refund, the number of SHINE points collected during the transaction will be deducted from your LG H&H account.
If you return a product for a refund and have spent the SHINE points earned during the purchase, and if there are no remaining SHINE points in your account, you will be refunded the value of the product minus the value of the SHINE points earned on that product. Each SHINE point is equivalent to 5 pence.
If you return a product that has been purchased completely using SHINE points, your account will be credited with the value of the SHINE points used for the purchase. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.
If you return a product that has been purchased partially using SHINE points, you will be refunded for the amount paid for using cash and your account will be credited with the value of the SHINE points used for the purchase. No cash refund will be given where SHINE points have been used to purchase a product.
If a refund is issued on a product, the number of SHINE points collected during the transaction will be deducted from your LG H&H account.
If you return part of your order for a refund, and if SHINE points were used for partial payment, the SHINE points will be refunded first. Only after all redeemed SHINE points have been refunded will the outstanding cash refund be processed.
