Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Collecting Personal Information

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Tracked Delivery - £3.99 or FREE on orders over £25.99

  • Please allow 2-3 days for delivery
  • Deliveries take place 7 days a week
  • You will receive an estimated time of delivery
  • Note: Delivery is only available in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Express Delivery - £6.99

  • Please allow 1-3 days for delivery
  • Restrictions apply, this service is not available on Bank Holidays
  • Note: Delivery is only available in England, Wales and Scotland and Northern Ireland.
  • During busy period's some Express delivery services may be temporarily unavailable

Notes: Import duties and taxes for Northern Ireland deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.  

If our supply of products is delayed by an event beyond our control, we will contact you or update our website as soon as possible to inform you of the delay. We will also take measures to minimize the impact of the delay. Provided that we have informed you, we will not be liable for any delays caused by the event or for pre-order and early bird purchases.

What courier do we use?

For UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail and Evi for Standard and Express services.

For IMPRINTU Tattoo Printer, we use FedEx for Standard service.

How can I track my order?

Once you receive an email to confirm your order is on its way, a tracking link will be provided.

There's an error in my delivery address. Can I amend this?

Please contact Customer Services as soon as possible with your order number and correct delivery address ready.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Order confirmation 

Once you've placed your order we will send you an order confirmation email, detailing what you bought, cost and delivery option.

We will also send you an email when the order has been processed and your tracking details, so you can keep an eye on the shipment. The tracking information can also be found in your order history.
